How we work
Ironing foam has a very specific requirement: it must be heat-resistant (up to 200°C from the iron), highly compressible (springs back after every pass) and covered with steel wool that lets steam pass through evenly.
We cut ironing-station foam in your exact dimensions, from home ironing boards (12mm thick foam + steel wool cover) to industrial presses (40mm thick foam + felt fabric between). We work with laundries, industrial cleaners, tailor shops and homes with high ironing volume.
For industrial presses we recommend HR high-density foam that lasts 3+ years even in continuous use. For home boards, standard soft foam with a Teflon cover for slip-through. We send samples on request so you can feel it in person before ordering.
Step by step
